Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We have a 30 day free replacement or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is flawed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product is eligible for return. We will ask for proof that the product has been shipped back to us. We can then process the replacement or exchange.
Please be aware of the current Covid-19 effects on transport. There may be long delays at the present moment for any returns due to the current circumstances and delays in shipping. Returns may take around 6 to 7 weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays. We are continually working to improve shipping times.
To start a return, you can contact us @ shanegmurphydesign@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately.
If you process the wrong information into the shopping cart or checkout. We cannot be held responsible if the order is missing or does not arrive. We are not liable to replace or refund the order.
We do not refund orders for buyers remorse-Buyer's remorse is the sense of regret after having made a purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a replacement or exchange.
