Covid-19

Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. There may be delays at the present moment with the current Covid-19 circumstances. We work close with a print on demand supplier who are taking precautions to protect their employees. Both fulfillment and shipping are expected to take longer. The majority of our orders may be received in short time (2-7 working days) but if shipping is delayed it may take around 4 to 6 weeks This does not include weekends or holidays. We are continually working to improve shipping times as restrictions are eased. 

We aim to get all orders out on the same day; however, due to volumes this is not always possible.

Shanegmurphy cannot be held accountable for orders delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following. Customs, service and transport strikes, civil unrest, riot, invasion, political conflict, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

In case you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team.

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content.
